I’m a Head of Data specializing in MLOps, driving end-to-end ML pipeline development and implementation. I bridge data science innovation with production systems — collaborating across teams to deliver streamlined solutions that align with business goals while staying current with emerging AI technologies.

  • Managed the Data Science team directly and provided leadership to the Head of Data Engineering.
  • Spearheaded a Dormant Users Prediction Model: 16× improvement in transaction rates (1.37% vs 0.08% baseline) for targeted users in the highest decile.
  • Guided a Fraud Model POC that improved fraud detection by ~50%, strengthening the Anti-Fraud Strategy team.

  • Designed and built end-to-end Behavior Score and Customer-Facing Score solutions, raising customers’ credit based on repayment and platform history.
  • Designed a graduation experiment to fully automate customer graduation.

  • Translated business problems into well-defined data science problems with Product and BI teams.
  • Built customer, driver, and merchant credit-scoring models powering PayLater, phone loans, and PMU (Pinjaman Modal Usaha) — extending products to wide populations while holding credit risk.
  • Built a collection-score model and designed A/B experiments to prioritize calls/SMS and lift repayment rates.
  • Designed a team deployment process with the Data Science Platform team, cutting deployment from a week to a couple of hours.
